General

• WILL: Draw pretty much any animal (feral or anthro)
• NSFW is ANTHRO ONLY, and is only available when specified.
• Add hair, jewelry, accessories, etc. for no additional cost (within reason)• WILL NOT: Draw excessive drug or alcohol use
• WILL NOT: Draw humans

Setup

• I reserve the right to decline any commission and/or client that I do not feel comfortable working with.
• You must provide colored & clear character references. Feel free to include descriptions to accompany any images. Reference sheets are best, but other artwork, MS paint doodles, past commissions, etc, will be accepted in a pinch.

Payment

• Payment is taken via PayPal invoicing.
• All prices are in $USD. When paying for a commission, please take into consideration any conversion rates from your native currency.
• Prices are not up for negotiation.
• Payments made with cryptocurrency of any kind will be immediately refunded, your commission will be cancelled, and you will not be permitted to commission me again. If you do not understand my stance on this, please consider educating yourself on the harmful effects of cryptocurrency on our environment.

WIPs

• Work In Progress sketches (wips) will be provided for most orders. Sometimes I get in the groove and don’t send one. If a WIP is important to you, please let me know and I’ll be happy to be sure to provide one!
• Most orders will receive one sketch WIP for clients to request minor to major changes (if any).
• If a client made major changes at the WIP stage, a second WIP will be sent out to confirm changes. Small changes (missed accessories, tweaked expressions, etc) may not be sent out in a second WIP. Again, if a WIP confirmation is important, please let me know!
• Clients may be charged a small fee for excessive alterations. (A warning will be issued if I feel requests are becoming excessive.)

Turnaround

• All commission openings will specify turn-around estimates.
• Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the order, but most take 3-6 months.
• If at any time I feel I am unable to complete a commission in the specified timeframe, I will let the client know so we may discuss the options moving forward.
• Rush orders/deadlines will have a fee based on the turnaround speed.

Copyright & Usage

• I, the artist, hold all rights to my illustration work, including WIPs and unused sketches.
• I, the artist, may choose to upload and display any commissioned illustrations at my discretion unless otherwise discussed.
• I, the artist, may use commissioned illustrations to promote my business in any way I choose.
• I, the artist, will NOT use commissioned illustrations for commercial purposes unless discussed with client.Clients may:
• Upload commissioned illustrations to their own accounts with proper credit.
• Use commissioned illustrations for personal use (ie: icons, banners, wallpapers, etc) with proper credit.
• Print commissioned illustrations for personal use ONLY. (Client may print stickers, mousepads, etc, so long as all are for personal use only and not re-distributed or sold in any way)(Feel free to show me what you’ve printed, I’d love to see it!)Clients MAY NOT:
• Reproduce or use commissioned illustrations for commercial use.
• Claim the commissioned illustrations as their own work OR re-post without credit.
• Remove ANY watermarks or signatures on commissioned illustrations.
• Alter or edit commissioned illustrations in any way without my explicit consent.
• Clients may Purchase Commercial rights to commissioned illustrations. Price subject to change based on scope of project and intended use, and will be discussed per case. A minimum charge of 400% of the original price + the initial cost of the commission can be expected.
• With commercial rights, clients may use any commissioned pieces to sell their own merch and profit from the illustration in any way they'd like.
Proper credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
• Proper credit MUST include a link or reference back to one of my online accounts (dA, Twitter, website, etc) AND leave my signature in the illustration. Commissions should never be altered or cropped to hide my signature unless absolutely necessary (i.e. icons)

Cancellations & Refunds

• I, the artist, may choose to cancel and refund a client at anytime.
• Clients may NOT cancel their commission/demand a refund unless the estimated turnaround time has been exceeded.
• Refunds will not be made in the case of character changes. I am not financially responsible for client’s friendships/relationships/etc. In the event that a character change is requested (i.e. a falling out, breakup, etc) please reach out to me to discuss options.
• Full refunds will be given ONLY if an order has not been started.
• Partial refunds will be given to clients if work has been started. Percentage of the refund varies depending on overall completion, and client will receive the unfinished art along with the partial refund.
• Client issuing a chargeback at any point in the process – even if the turnaround time has been exceeded – will result in an immediate blacklist and beware. I WILL work with you for art delays, refunds, etc. If you cannot be patient with me, I will not be patient with you.
